Return & Refund Policy
- All goods sold are non refundable, returnable or exchangeable.
- If the product(s) you have purchased from M7 Fresh Store is damaged, inedible or defective, we will be happy to replace the product(s) for you.
- In order to make a claim under our Return & Refund policy, you must provide us with a valid receipt, a photo of the damaged product(s) with the original packaging and notify us through hello@m7freshstore.com within 48 hours once you received the product(s).
- M7 Fresh Store reserves the right to deny a replacement without proof of purchase.
- In the event of purchases not in accordance to our M7 Fresh Store terms and conditions, refund in the the form of Credits will be applied.
